Requirements
- At least 4 years of cooking experience (fast food / grill / fryer)
- Confident with deep fryers, griddles, flat-top grills, sandwich presses and food slicers
- Strong food hygiene: safe storage, date labelling, raw/cooked separation
- Halal ingredient handling and portion control
- Able to lead a helper and coordinate with service staff on KDS tickets
